All sessions are facilitated by a certified Forest Bathing and Creative Wellness guide.

Painting Retreat at Mountain Springs is an invitation to the creative life. This coastal rugged, rocky landscape and private lakeshore is an obvious draw for relaxation and connecting with nature.

Come and create, unwind, reconnect, and embrace the power of art. In-house artist resident, professional artist Maggie Chow, will guide you to rediscover your authentic self. We will paint to the sounds of nature, enjoy delicious healthy meals, and rejuvenating yoga or forest bathing. Join us for a few days to nourish your creativity and soul.

Mountain Springs Nature Retreat offers unique and nature-inspired art programs and events. Workshops are facilitated by Maggie Chow who creates playful opportunities for everyone to expand thinking and embrace new perspectives.
